VDW 830 (20kg. containers)
VDW 830 is a water-permeable
mortar that is quick and easy to
apply and is used to grout paving
stones with 5mm. seam used in pedestrian zones or zones with
light traffic loads.
It is resistant to street sweeping machines, wear and tear and ice.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply on a clean,
water-saturated surface.
Pavement temperature > 7º C.
First place the sand and then the
liquid inside the cement mixer
and mix for 5 min.
Slowly add 2 liters of water
to appropriately adjust the
consistency of the mixture.
Apply the mixture on the surface
and spread with a rubber rake
to force the product into
the seams.
Eliminate all the leftover wet
mortar after 15-20 minutes
using a moist broom¡.
Application time for the mortar
is 15 to 20 minutes.
Wait 12 hours before allowing
pedestrian traffic and 7 days
before allowing light
vehicular traffic.

Es resistente a las máquinas
barredoras, al desgaste y
a las heladas.
MODO DE EMPLEO:
Se aplica sobre una superficie
limpia y saturada de agua.
Tº C pavimento > 7º C. Introducir en
primer lugar la arena y después el
líquido dentro de la hormigonera
y mezclar 5 min.
Para ajustar la consistencia de la
masa adecuadamente, se añaden
2 litros de agua lentamente.
Extender la mezcla sobre la superficie
y repartir con el rastrillo de goma
forzando la entrada de producto
en la junta.
Retirar el mortero sobrante aún
húmedo al cabo de 15-20 min.
hasta eliminarlo completamente
con una escoba húmeda.
El tiempo de aplicación del mortero
es de 15 a 20 min. Esperar 12 horas
antes de un tránsito peatonal y 7
días antes de abrirlo al tráfico
de vehículos ligeros.
