VDW 830 (20kg. containers)
VDW 830 is a water-permeable
mortar that is quick and easy to
apply and is used to grout paving
stones with 5mm. seam used in pedestrian zones or zones with
light traffic loads.
It is resistant to street sweeping machines, wear and tear and ice.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply on a clean,
water-saturated surface.
Pavement temperature > 7º C.
First place the sand and then the
liquid inside the cement mixer
and mix for 5 min.
Slowly add 2 liters of water
to appropriately adjust the
consistency of the mixture.
Apply the mixture on the surface
and spread with a rubber rake
to force the product into
the seams.
Eliminate all the leftover wet
mortar after 15-20 minutes
using a moist broom¡.
Application time for the mortar
is 15 to 20 minutes.
Wait 12 hours before allowing
pedestrian traffic and 7 days
before allowing light
vehicular traffic.

El VDW 830 és un morter permeable
a l'aigua de fàcil i ràpida aplicació
que utilitzarem per a reajuntar
superficies de llambordes amb 5mm.
de junta per a uso de vianants o
càrregues de trànsit lleuger.
És resistent a les màquines
escombriaires, al desgast i
a les gelades.
UTILITZACIÓ:
S'aplica sobre una superficie
neta i saturada d'aigua.
Tº C paviment > 7º C. Introduïr en
primer lloc la sorra i després el
líquid dins de la cimentera
i mesclar 5 min.
Per ajustar la consistència de la
massa adecuadament, s'afeigeixen
2 litres d'aigua lentament.
Extendre la mescla sobre la superficie
i repartir amb el rastell de goma
forçant l'entrada de producte
en la junta.
Retirar el morter sobrant encara
humit al cap de 15-20 min.
fins eliminar-lo completament
amb una escombra humida.
El temps d'aplicació del mortero
és de 15 a 20 min. Esperar 12 hores
abans d'un trànsit de vianants i 7
dies abans dobrir-lo al trànsit
de vehícles lleugers.
